30-Day Size Exchange Policy

At Made To Cover, we understand that finding the right fit is so important — especially when it comes to supportive activewear and swimwear. If your sizing isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Size Exchange Eligibility

We offer a 30-day size exchange from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a size exchange:

The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused

All original tags must remain attached

Hygiene liners (if applicable) must be intact

The item must be returned in original packaging with the Made to Cover delicate bag

No makeup, deodorant marks, stains, damage or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How Size Exchanges Work

Email us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@madetocover.org with:

Your order number

The size you would like to exchange for

Once approved, return your item using tracked shipping.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will dispatch your new size (subject to stock availability).

If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the value of the item.

 

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We cover the cost of shipping your new size back to you (Australia only).

 

Important Notes

Size exchanges are available once per order.

Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange unless faulty.

Safe Use & Product Information

At Made To Cover, your comfort, safety and confidence matter to us. Please read the following information carefully to ensure safe and appropriate use of our products.

 

Safe Zip Use

Our garments feature functional zips designed for breastfeeding access. While constructed with care, zips are firm components and should be used mindfully.

For safe use:

Always ensure the zip puller and metal components are positioned away from your skin and your baby’s skin during feeding.

Fully open the zip before positioning your baby to avoid contact with the zipper edge.

Take care (pull fabric and zip down and away from skin when opening and closing the zip to prevent catching skin or fabric.

Do not close the zip while your baby is latched or positioned against the garment.

If the zip is not sitting underneath the breast, the garment is too small and Made to Cover recommends exchange for appropriate size before use. 

 

Garment Condition

Before each wear:

Check that the zip is functioning smoothly prior.

Do not use the garment if the zip is damaged or misaligned.

If you believe your garment has a fault, discontinue use and contact us immediately.

 

Order Process

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at support@madetocover.org - We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel from our door to yours.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Once your order is shipped, we can’t update the address. But don’t worry! You can:

Check your tracking link — some couriers let you request a redelivery or address update.

Contact the courier directly for help.

If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it (additional shipping may apply).
